Shipping policy

At Axiom Faith, we believe in intentional creation. Each of our premium cases is manufactured specifically for you at the moment you place your order. This "made-to-order" approach reduces waste and ensures the highest quality for every piece.

1. Processing & Production Times

  • All orders take 2–5 business days to be printed and crafted before they are shipped.
  • Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Estimated Shipping Times We work with global fulfillment centers to get your order to you as fast as possible:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days (Local fulfillment from our UK facility).
  • United States: 3–8 business days.
  • Mexico: 8–15 business days (International shipping from our nearest North American facility).
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • United Kingdom: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.
  • Mexico: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.
  • United States: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

4. Customs & Import Duties

  • UK & USA: Since we fulfill orders locally or within free trade zones for these regions, you typically will not incur additional customs fees.
  • Mexico & International: In rare cases, orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Every Axiom Faith order includes a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

 

6. Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide; however, due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • Ukraine: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions.
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea
  • Venezuela

Please note that shipping restrictions may change based on global events. We also have limited shipping capabilities to Kosovo and the rest of Ukraine.
