Refund policy

At Axiom Faith, each product is custom-printed and uniquely crafted for you at the time of purchase. Because of this personalized "made-to-order" process, we handle returns and refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness and quality.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

  • You must report the issue within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Please send an email to leondejudaa2.0@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

2. Wrong Size or Model Ordered

Since each case is printed specifically for the phone model you select (e.g., iPhone 17 Pro Max), we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong model or design was ordered by mistake.

  • Tip: Please double-check your device model before completing your purchase.

3. Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if the loss is confirmed by the carrier's tracking system.

4. Returns / "Change of Mind"

Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse" or change of mind. We do not keep inventory, and every item is unique to the customer who ordered it.

5. Incorrect Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

6. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your claim for a defective item is verified, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
